About Us

Welcome to our establishment! We offer 5 different room types to cater to various guest
preferences.

1.  Full Size Room: This room is perfect for solo travelers who prefer a cozy space for their stay.
2.  King Size Room: Featuring a large bed with ample legroom, this room can comfortably accommodate up to two adults and one small child.
3.  Two Queen Beds Room: Ideal for families or groups, this room provides two queen size beds, offering plenty of space to store bags and move around.
4. Single Queen Suite- Queen bed with either a pull out couch or a comfy chair, also a larger tv than in the regular rooms
5. 2 Queen Bed Suite- Largest room available on the property. 2 queen beed and a fold out couch, 54 inch  tv with a swivel mount.  Can easily sleep 6 people 

All our rooms are equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll find a
microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, DirecTV with HBO, air conditioning/heat, and fire alarms for your
convenience and safety.
We offer both daily and weekly rates, providing flexibility for short-term and extended stays. Our on-site
management is readily available to address any needs, concerns, or issues that may arise during your
stay.
Conveniently located near popular dining options, we are situated across the road from McDonalds and
Charbroiler Restaurant. Within a short walk, you'll find El Rincon and El California Mexican Restaurants,
Subway, Sonic, and Jiffy Mart, which is open 24 hours. Additionally, Harps, Dollar General, Smokers
Friendly tobacco store, laundry mat, O'Reilly auto parts, Tyson, Family Dollar, and Scott County
Hardware are all within a 10-minute walk, providing easy access to various amenities.
Pet owners will be pleased to know that we are dog-friendly, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $15
per day.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash, as payment
methods. However, we do not accept checks. Please note that a 75 dollar refundable cash deposit is required at
check-in and will be returned at checkout, provided there are no damages.

Additional perks of staying with us include free self-parking, smoke-free rooms and common areas, a 24-
hour front desk,on site manager, colored sheets and towels,  and positive guest reviews highlighting our rooms and helpful staff.
Each of our 26 rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access. Room amenities also
include complimentary Wi-Fi, along with provided shampoo, body/hand soap, and lotion. To enhance
guest satisfaction, we now offer easily forgotten items such as single-use razors and toothbrushes and toothpaste.
